《原來通靈，就像打一通電話回家》（以馬內利闡釋通靈） 《Communing with Spirits is just like Calling Home》By Chang Cheng

馬來西亞的「中國報」，給我做了一個專訪，主題是談「通靈」。於是我想，如果以通靈方式來答覆，是不是很有趣呢？所以對於編輯提出的問題，我是連結我的指導靈「以馬內利」，請祂來給予回答的（我忠實記錄）。只有最後一題，加入了我自己的看法。 China Press, a newspaper in Malaysia, interviewed me the other day about “Communing with Spirits”. I thought it would be fun to answer their questions while communing, so I communed and let Immanuel, my spiritual guide, answer all the questions from the editor, except for the last one where I added some of my own thoughts. I recorded answers from Immanuel as close as possible.

1. 在一般人的觀念中，認為「通靈」便是與靈界的高級生靈，如神、仙、菩薩、佛等通達消息。在您的觀念裡，通靈是怎麼一回事？或，通靈概念的基本道理是？ 1. In the eyes of common people, “communing with spirits” means communicating with higher beings such as God, Buddha, or Bodhisattva. In your opinion, what does this action mean? What is the idea behind “communing with spirits”?

通靈就像當你發生了什麼讓你很喜悅的事，你會立刻想打電話回家一樣，因為你知道那兒一直有愛著你、真的關心著你的人。通靈也像是這樣，有一份愛，一直像親人、像你最最好的朋友那樣圍繞在你的周圍，無處不在，當你有一天能夠意識到他們的時候，你便感覺到不再孤獨，跟這份無時無刻不在的愛相聯繫，這就是通靈的真義，而這份愛不只是愛，它也是飽含智慧的。 至於說「和靈界的高級生靈通消息」這樣的形容，我們很樂於你們用你們覺得親切的方式來與我們聯繫，但這些名字究竟是不重要的，假如這份聯繫裡面沒有愛和智慧，那就算有那些名字又有什麼用呢？ 終究，通靈就是你的靈魂打電話回到你真正的「家」了。 It’s like calling home when something great happened that made you really happy, because you know there are people that really care about you and love you. Communing with spirits is just like that, because the love there is like your closest family or best friend, all around you. When you can sense them, then you are no longer lonely and you’re connected to this omnipresent love. This is the true meaning of communing with spirits. It’s also not just love, because it’s also full of wisdom. As for “communicating with higher beings”, we’re glad that you are communicating with us with ways that you are comfortable with, and it doesn’t really matter what names you use to describe it, because what’s the point of naming it if there’s no love and wisdom? After all, communing with spirits means calling your real “home”.

2.「通靈」是否包括能夠預知（或看到）未來（或未知之事）？ 2. Does it predict (or give you the ability to see) the future (or the unknown)?

有關於預知未來，我想說，在我們這兒沒有未來思考，我們一點也不擔心未來，我們只活在當下，因為所有頭腦的模式我們都已經瞭解，它們終究只是一個循環（輪迴）。現在對你們而言，未來還沒來，可是就你們的頭腦模式去發展的話，那個未來只不過是過去的重複，早就有人、也有三次元的文明重複過了。這樣你們可以了解嗎？ 好比一個教國小課程的老師，是可以預知一個小朋友從二年級升上三年級以後，會面對什麼樣功課的。因為這些課程不是新的。 無論你或你現居的現世文明，都有一個現階段的意識程度，這個意識程度接下來會面對什麼功課，這不是難以預測的，但功課的目的就是要讓你成長，變得更成熟，所以重點是透過人生的每一個際遇去好好反省自己，而不是想打開功課的所有細節去看看。事實上，功課的某些部分必需要隱藏，才能有效的幫助你成長，想去知道所有的事情是沒幫助的。 There is no thinking about future here, because we are not worried at all. We live in the present because we understand that everything is just a cycle (reincarnation). To your perception, the future is not here yet, but it is actually just a replay of the past, which has been repeated many times. Do you get it? It’s like a grade school teacher being able to tell what kind of curriculum a child faces when he/she goes from 2nd grade to 3rd grade, because the teacher already knows the curriculum for both. You or the current civilizations you are in are all at a certain level of consciousness. What hardships you will face is not difficult to predict, but they are meant to make you grow and become more mature, so the point is to self-reflect at every turn, instead of learning everything about these hardships. In fact, parts of the hardships must be hidden to help your development because knowing everything doesn’t help this at all.

3.「通靈」現象不會發生在每一個人身上，一個人之所以能通靈是不是表示他的修為高超？通靈是可以修行得來的，還是它是「天命」？ 3. Does this phenomenon happen to everyone? For those that are able to commune, does that mean they are on a “higher level” spiritually? Is this trainable or is this “bestowed upon”?

如果有些人住的離「家」近一點，應該不能說是他的修為比較高超，而是他比較沒有忘記家的感覺，也比較喜歡離家近些的生活。 說不定有一些在你們眼裡根本沒有修行知識的人，他的內心卻充滿純善與愛，他常常容易有很豁達的心境，煩惱不容易上他的心，也許他不會講什麼大道理，但他其實常常處於接通的狀態。他可能會直覺的覺得什麼事要做什麼事不要做，卻無法說服人們利弊得失的頭腦，可是他卻能活得很簡單而直接，這是一個靠近「家」的人。 有的人天生就是這樣，有的人要經過自己很多純化的過程，才能回復對這份無條件的愛的感受能力。 If some people “live closer to home”, it probably doesn’t mean they had more training. It is more akin to them “not forgetting the feel of home”, and enjoying life closer to home. You may find some people in your life that you consider not knowledgeable of esoteric training, but their hearts might be filled with kindness and love. It is easier for them to be open-minded and less bothered by worries. They may not know the meaning of life, but they are constantly under a “connected” state where they can decide by instinct, but they cannot convince others, who think in terms of gain and loss. However, their lives are simple and straightforward. You can say that the live “close to home”. Some people are like that naturally, but some need to go through a lot of self-purifying process to be able to respond to the unconditional love from us.

4.您如何看待坊間的「乩童」？這也是通靈的一種嗎？ 4. What do you think of Shamans? Is this phenomenon the same?

那是比較戲劇化的過程，人們透過這個版本去學習。終究你要衡量的不是真假，而是這個過程能否讓你向「家」更靠進一步。也就是你是否能在這個過程中變得比之前的你更清明，更有反省的能力，更打開你對生命的感謝的感覺。如果是相反的，那麼這可能不是適合你學習的一種路徑或版本了。 It’s a dramatized version where people can learn about this. It’s not really about whether it’s real or fake, but about whether or not you can get closer to “home” by learning. It’s whether or not you can become purer and can self-reflect deeper, and to amplify your gratitude towards life. If not, then maybe it’s not the best way for you to learn about this.

5.對您而言，通靈有著怎樣的意義？自己內在正向的探索？幫助別人？ 5. What does communing mean to you? Is it an internal exploration? Or is it to help others?

對我而言，通靈就是一個召喚你們回家的召喚，讓你們知道自己並不孤獨，讓你們知道自己是被愛的，但你們有權利以任何你們想要的途徑去離得更遠或走的更近，因為對我們而言，我們始終在你左右^^而你們的任何經驗也就是自我的探索。 To me, it’s as simple as calling you home, and to let you know that you are not alone, because you are loved. But you also have the right to come closer or walk away further in your own ways. We are always by your sides, and all of your experiences are self-exploration.

6.有些人因打坐或練習通靈而走火入魔（發狂、發瘋），又是怎麼一回事？通靈是不是會同時引發一些問題？ 6. Why do some people lose their minds from medication or trying to commune? Does communing trigger other problems?

如果你以頭腦的欲求出發，就會把電話撥到某些地方去，而不是撥回家，如此而已。要知道在宇宙中，什麼地方（意識境界）都已經存在了，所以決定的因素就是「物以類聚」。如果你很誠實，就會看到自己真正的動機，那麼就不會對結果感到意外。 跟隨你內心的愛，看它帶你怎麼做，而不是由你的「想要」去決定，這點無論對於生活哪一方面都適用。春天到了，草木自然生長，不是刻意追求，自然來到的事物最合宜，也最健康，不是嗎？ If your starting point is some kind of desire of the mind, then you will dial another number that is not home, it’s that simple. In this universe, any location of the mind already exists, so the determining factor is your motivation. If you are an honest person, then you can see your own true motive, and you will not be surprised by the results.

7.一般人對通靈的印象往往與宗教分不開，你如何看待通靈和宗教之間的關係？ 7. People can’t seem to separate the idea of communing from religion. What is your take on the relationship between the two?

人們最終想要的其實就是可以快樂的生活，即便是身邊沒有伴侶，也可以很快樂和平安的活著，其實人想要的是這個。 在這裡我們去談通靈和宗教的關係，這是很小的問題，也很容易陷入爭辯，人生不是要輕鬆的嗎？那麼只要記住，通靈就是「回家」，而「家」是不在意你是男是女還是信什麼宗教的，如果回到的「家」，裡面還要爭辯這些，那些是「家」嗎？ People just want to live happy lives, even without a partner. This is a very minor question and one where people can easily end up in an argument. Life should not be difficult. Just remember – communing is going “home”. And “home” doesn’t care about your gender and religion. Any place where these arguments exist is simply not “home”.

8.如果有通靈能力，您認為有需要去通靈嗎？如果是，為什麼要通靈？如果不是，又是什麼原因？ 8. Should the power always be used? If so, why? Or Why not?

如果你有一塊OK繃，那麼受傷的時候為何不拿出來用呢？如果你沒有受傷，說，既然有OK繃不用也可惜，就硬拿出來貼在臉上，不也很奇怪？ 假如你有一個幽默輕鬆的心情，你已經回到家了，如果你沒有，那麼自己是不是應該先通一通你那放不下的部分？ If you have a Band-Aid, then use it when you’re hurt. If you’re not hurt, but you feel that not using the Band-Aid is a waste and put it on your face anyway, wouldn’t that be weird? If you have a good sense of humor and in a relaxed mood, you are already home. If you don’t, then maybe you should take care of that first.

9.請分享您的通靈經驗或見證。又，這些經驗見證帶給您怎樣的啟發或改變？或是列舉一些更具體的內容來做說明，可以讓大家更清楚的認識所謂的「通靈」。 9. Please share some of your communing experiences and how they have inspired or changed you; or please give us more details to help people understand better.

(這個問題由我來回答)章成： 我的人生仍舊是我在經驗，但祂們在一旁看著我翻山越嶺，適時的給予提點，而我也就能愈爬愈高，看到以前看不到的視野。而一旦視野更寬廣，原先打結的地方就消失了，少掉了許多自尋煩惱，恢復了更多生命本來的喜悅。 然而愈爬愈高（離家愈近）以後，內在的「念」愈來愈少，也愈來愈與所謂的「高靈」合一了。其實「通靈」這個語詞，是在某個階段看起來像是這樣的，真相是，我們與神並非分開的兩個存有。慢慢地提昇人的意識，就會瞭解這個。 如果想要跟我做更多探討，或聽我說更多自己的生活故事，我很樂意，但這可能無法在篇幅有限的書面訪談中進行，歡迎大家蒞臨我的演講會場。

Chang Cheng: My life is mine to experience, but they are watching over me and giving me advices constantly to help me climb higher and see more things. With a broadened horizon, I overcame difficulties that I couldn’t before. Having less worries means I can now see the joy of life I have missed. The higher I climb (closer to home), I have less “thoughts” of my own, and I am closer to becoming one with higher beings. This is what “Communing with Spirits” means, and the truth is that Higher Being and us are not two separate entities. This idea becomes easier to understand as your consciousness level is elevated over time. If you would like to discuss further, or hear more stories from my life, I would love to share. But please come to my seminars instead, as it’s probably difficult to share these over interviews with limited coverage.
